What will you learn?

For group lesson in public swimming complex, it will be $250 to $300 for 10 lessons, each lessons will be 1 hour. For private swimming lesson in any public swimming complex or condo, the fees starts from $280. Each lesson will be minutes to 1 hour. Click the button below for more details...

Who can attend this lesson?

We understand that there is alot of enquiries for female coach and for a all ladies group class, meaning that your coach and classmates is also all female.

What will you learn?

same as any adult class. Students will first learn to blow bubbles, float, kick, arm actions follow by coordination of all the above. This sequence is used to teach all the strokes like Breast stroke, Freestyle, Backstroke and Butterfly. Students will also learn to thread water in the deep pool.
